Start of summer in 2017

This summer has started off strange. Hot hot days pushing 30 degrees. Flooding that has engulfed multiple beaches. Now its cold and rainy. Water levels appear to be going down now. Kamloops beach is currently completely submerged in water. It looks like more of a bog than a park. The Vernon white rock beaches may no longer be a good option as clothing optional area. Recently a woman called RCMP regarding a man being inappropriate by the bike path. I am betting that the police are going to do patrols of the white rock beaches and issue fines to clothing optional people soon enough. Salmon Arm beach is currently completely under water. Hopefully this high water will start to go down and we can all return to beaches of the Shuswap.
