Location:

White rock beach is located along the old railway tracks in Vernon BC.

Parking is located on side of street on WestKal road.

Go up to path where old train tracks used to be and follow path out in direction of Kelowna.

Path is rocky and very long. I recommend bringing a bike to get to beach if you are able to.

Description:

The beach is not really a beach but more of a very long biking and walking trail with small alcoves off it.

The trail is subject to large amount of clothed mountain bikers and dog walkers.

Privacy is compromised on trail because of high traffic.

Water is clear and a tropical blue

large fish can sometimes been seen from trail.

being naked on beach can prove to be uncomfortable because of high traffic volume.

Path will go all the way to Kelowna so know when to stop. If you reach a boat dock then you have gone too far.

Last alcove is the nicest one and is located by big rock to left of path. No more alcoves after that.
