  • Beach is welcome to all age groups. 
  • Ongoing dispute between nudists and textiles on if clothing should be optional or not. 
  • RCMP with frequently come down to beach which has caused conflict between beach goers and RCMP. 
  • Bus stop at beach was closed in 2016 which caused a nudist protest. 
  • Vendors can be found on beach selling things like clothing, jewelry, drinks and snacks.  
  • Nudist numbers decreasing more textiles. If going to beach done expect to see everyone nude. 
  • In past textiles have felt forced by nudists to take off there clothing when at beach. 
  • If visiting beach and do not want to get naked do not go to where all the nudists are. 
Location: 
  • West of Vancouver.
  • Located by the university campus. 
  • 500 wooden stairs lead down to beach. Expect a long walk up and down. 
  • Beach is on NW Marine Drive by college campus. 
  • Pay parking at college and then walk down trail #6 to get to beach. 
  • Foreshore trail is a hiking trail that goes along the coast line.
  • Bus route  to beach was closing in 2016. unsure of current status.
